In our first meeting Jennifer had prepared a very comprehensive presentation. Jennifer guided us throughout the process, including a full market appraisal of our house and brought in a designer who helped us stage the house for a sale. Once we were on the Multiple Listing Service, Jennifer held many open houses, and was present at each one. She used multiple means to spread the news about our house, and as a result there was a lot of traffic coming to see us. Because of her preparation, our house sold at the amount she had anticipated. Just an example to show her unworldly dedication. The house we bought needed a lot of work, both inside and out. We closed on the property in early July but were living in New York City at the time, and couldn't move to Pinecrest until early August. She not only helped find us, contractors, for all the jobs (and negotiated rates-prices on our behalf) but supervised each aspect of the home improvement in person. She went shopping for tiles, hardware, etc with my wife. Try to find another Realtor® who would do that. The honest truth is, we could not have made this our home without Jennifer.
