Born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, Jennifer always knew as a little girl that she would one day move to what she proudly calls "the happiest city in the world," Miami, Florida. She has called Miami home for over 30 years, and her deep roots in the city's many neighborhoods and communities give her the ability to counsel clients with precision, matching their desired lifestyle to the right property. She is quick to remind clients that location is the single greatest determinant of long-term value in real estate. Fluent in English, Spanish, and conversational Portuguese, Jennifer brings a multicultural perspective and genuine understanding of Miami's diverse communities to every client she serves.

Her background in International Relations and Business, combined with her experience as Director of International Sales at The Biltmore Hotel, has equipped her with exceptional communication skills, the ability to connect across cultures with grace and sophistication, and a savvy approach to negotiation. Jennifer has built a reputation as a reliable, experienced leader with a strong focus on client service. She serves on the advisory board of the World Happiness Foundation, where she co-chaired the World Happiness Fest in Pinecrest Gardens, celebrating Pinecrest as the first City of Happiness. She is also a passionate supporter of PAVE, a nonprofit in Port Antonio, Jamaica empowering underprivileged youth through education, mentorship, and skills training.

Jennifer's mission extends to her homeland of Ecuador, where she is working to build a shelter for elderly homeless individuals in Ibarra. This vision reflects her deep commitment to honoring the dignity of the most underprivileged and using the blessings of her success to create lasting impact where it is needed most.
