Jennifer Price is a top-ranking real estate producer at Berkshire Hathaway EWM Realty. Having earned several awards for her premier service to the industry, such as the Chairman’s Circle Platinum award, she has been placed in the Top 1% of the Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Network. She attributes her success to her immense passion for enriching the lives of those who put their trust in her. Jennifer is also a proud board member of The World Happiness Foundation. 
 
Born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, fluent in both English, Spanish, and conversational Portuguese, Jennifer always knew as a little girl she would one day move to what she calls today “The happiest city in the world,” Miami, Florida.
 
After 30 years of making Miami her home, she has gained vast knowledge of the many different neighborhoods and communities, enabling her to counsel her clients and fully meet their Miami real estate needs basing on their desired lifestyle. She is quick to remind clients that location is crucial in Real Estate, and tends to be the single greatest determinant of long-term value.
 
Coming from a family in the hospitality industry, Jennifer possesses a natural drive for stellar quality customer service, and applies her family-instilled traditional values and integrity to all her transactions.
 
Jennifer has a diverse educational and business background, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Business. Formerly the Director of International Sales at The Biltmore Hotel, Jennifer is enriched with excellent communication skills, the ability to interact successfully across cultures, and is sophisticated with her savvy negotiations.
 
Jennifer’s passion and full understanding of the Miami real estate market have earned her a reputation as a reliable, experienced leader with a strong focus on client service and integrity.
